Our new lift is installed and we couldn't be happier with it.  We are more than satisfied with the whole project.  From the initial meeting, Ed was extremely helpful in planning and designing a lift that would fit our needs.  He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient with us, while answering all of our questions.  At no point was there any high pressure salesmanship to purchase his product.  We always felt he had OUR best interests in mind.  His team from TamBay ADA was punctual and courteous. They kept us informed on the progress of the project, and notified us every time they were coming to work at our home.  They took into consideration the needs of the user, to make sure everything was accessible and safe, while at the same time making the lift fit into the style of the house.  Everything was done in a very professional way, in the time that was promised.  We would not hesitate to highly recommend Ed and his team. They are reliable and dependable.
